These Terms of Use govern your use of the LaakJap mobile application and website, operated by Ebirtts Technologies Private Limited. By using LaakJap, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

LaakJap is a spiritual practice application designed for personal mantra practice. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@laakjap.com.

Subscriptions and Payments

• LaakJap Pro is available as an annual subscription at ₹399/year (subject to change)
• iOS subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms
• Android subscriptions are managed through Google Play Store and are subject to Google's terms
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by law

Intellectual Property

All content in LaakJap, including the app design, LaakJap Yantra, and original text, is owned by Ebirtts Technologies Private Limited. Vedic scriptures included in the app are in the public domain.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reproduce or distribute app content without permission

Disclaimer

LaakJap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The spiritual content in the app is for personal practice purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ebirtts Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LaakJap.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
